Responsibilities:

• Shift: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

• Salary: $73,440 - $91,800 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:  

• Provide day to day guidance and direction to the company’s Payroll team
• Oversee the preparation, sign offs, and processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws as well as Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) when applicable and the weekly and bi-weekly payroll submission process to ensure all deadlines are met
• Act as a liaison between the Payroll team, Payroll leadership, Corporate Payroll, and Human Resources
• Lead the local payroll team in providing a professional and responsive payroll service to both internal and external customers
• Review information submitted to corporate payroll and MyTime for accuracy and maintenance of internal controls within the system
• Review payroll system set up to ensure accurate calculation of hours and work with HRIS BU team to correct any discrepancies
• Other duties as assigned  

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:  

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 plus years of experience processing payroll using an integrated payroll system such as MyTime or similar and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 plus years of experience processing payroll using an integrated payroll system and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience  

Preferred Education and Experience:  

• Expert level skills using MyTime 
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification
• 4 plus years of payroll experience
• 2 plus years of people leadership experience
