Job Description

Partner Plus are delighted to have been retained by a leading Water Treatment Organization who are looking to expand their existing sales team in the Southeast.

Our client is the leading designer and manufacturer of water and wastewater treatment equipment solutions is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join its Rental Equipment Services (RES) team. The organization delivers advanced technologies including raw water pretreatment, filtration, ion exchange, demineralization, degasification, hot lime softening, boiler make-up, condensate polishing, wastewater treatment, cooling systems, and oil/water separation. These solutions support customers in petrochemical, chemical, power generation, and heavy industrial markets.
The Regional Sales Manager will play a key role in achieving regional sales objectives, acting as an effective brand representative and trusted customer partner. This individual will actively develop new business, strengthen existing customer relationships, and build deep expertise in rental equipment products and services.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manages individual sales goals and sales activities within an assigned region
  • Actively pursues key accounts and identifies new business opportunities
  • Meets with customers to discuss proposals, address technical and commercial details, and close opportunities
  • Achieves and exceeds territory sales and gross margin targets
  • Develops and maintains strong customer relationships through meetings, presentations, and ongoing engagement
  • Participates in trade shows and industry forums as required
  • Negotiates contracts, including pricing and terms and conditions
  • Collaborates with RES team members to respond to technical requirements, proposals, service issues, and customer inquiries
  • Travels regularly within the assigned region, with occasional travel throughout North America for meetings and collaboration
Qualifications, Skills & Competencies:
  • Minimum of 10 years of related professional experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Engineering background strongly preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and technical understanding
  • Experience in a similar or related industry preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • At least 5 years of field sales and relationship management experience
Travel Requirement:
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
